Sealed quotations are invited from reputed Harvest / English Oven bread suppliers for Hostel Mess of Jamia Hamdard, catering to student strength of ~1200 students for period of one year.

1. Jumbu Bread   (700 gm) approximate requirement 1400 packs per month

2. Brown Bread   (400 gm) approximate requirement 200 packs per month

3. Pav 6 Pieces    (300gm) approximate requirement 1200 packs per month

Authorized and reputed wholesaler suppliers are requested to submit their sealed quotation along with photocopy of following valid documents:-

1.      Company profile.

2.      List of  clients

3.      Copy of G.S.T Registration

4.      Copy of pan card/I.T.R

5.      Copy of Registration under valid FSSAI License

6.      Copy of license under good safety and standard act 2006

7.      Copy of Labour department certificate.

Quotation must be submitted in a sealed envelope super scribing “Quotation for Bread Supply ” and addressed to the Registrar Jamia Hamdard , Hamdard Nager New Delhi 110062 and dropped in the tender/quotation box available in the Purchase Section latest by 10.03.2019 at (3 pm).
