TENDER NOTICE – Short Tender No. JHU/SODL/18-19/01
Short tender is invited for printing and supply of Self Learning Material (SLM) of BCA and BBA courses (2nd year) for the School of Open and Distance Learning (SODL), Jamia Hamdard as per the syllabus (Annexure – I and II).
Pre-qualification criteria for bidders:
- Should have copyright for the publishing and printing SLMs and minimum 05 years experience in the similar field.
- Should have experience of various Universities and government institutions in the relevant field.

Rates should be quoted on per page basis.
In case of non-compliance of the above-mentioned specifications, Jamia Hamdard may return the material in whole or part and also impose penalty upto 10% of the total value of the work order.
The development, printing, binding and supply of the SLM has to be completed within 25 days of placing the Purchase Order by Jamia Hamdard. In case of delay, Jamia Hamdard reserves the right to impose penalty.
The bids are to be placed in sealed covers addressed to The Registrar, Jamia Hamdard, Hamdard Nagar, New Delhi-110062 or dropped in the Tender Box (Purchase Section) superscribed with “SLM Printing for SODL”. Last date for submission of the Tender Document is 21 days from the date of floating the tender notice on Jamia Hamdard Website/Advertisement.
Successful bidder will be required to submit photocopy of GST Registration Certificate
along with Income Tax Return for the previous year.
