Terms and Conditions:
- Quotations may be submitted latest by 05.05.2025 upto 3.00 p.m. in an envelope superscripting “above mentioned work.” and addressed to: Executive Engineer, Jamia Hamdard , Hamdard Nagar, New Delhi-110062
- The rates/price quoted by contractor should be inclusive of all material cost, labour, services/tools, GST etc.
- Work shall be done as per specification as specified in the BOQ. Work shall be completed within stipulated period failing which 1% penalty per week to maximum of 05% on the total work amount, shall be imposed.
- Applicable taxes, JHRW@0.25% and other will be deducted as per Govt. norms.
- No Escalation shall be considered during the execution period of the work.
- Work shall be organized in such a manner which does not disturb the work of the University.
- Payment shall be made after satisfactory completion of work.
- Bidders are advised to visit the site first and submit their rates accordingly.
