Help Manuals (Students & HEIs) and Flow Chart for understanding “Three Tier Complaints Handling Mechanism”.
The HEIs are requested to forward the Students’ Help Manual and Flow Chart to all passed out and currently registered students for ODL/Online programmes to make them aware about the mechanism. HEIs may please provide the confirmation about the same at deb.query@inflibnet.ac.in.
