NOTICE INVITING TENDER
Sealed tenders in Two Bid System (Technical & Financial Bid) are invited from reputed, experienced and specialized agencies for “SUPPLY & INSTALLATION OF LABORATORY FURNITURE/FIXTURE FOR RENOVATION AND UPGRADATION OF DEPARTMENT OF PHARMACEUTICS, JAMIA HAMDARD” as per schedule of work, specifications and other general terms and conditions etc.
The Agencies/Firms having adequate financial & technical resources with requisite equipments, working in reputed institutions, hospitals, corporate organizations may download the tender documents and details of work from the university website: www.jamiahamdard.ac.in or www.jamiahamdard.edu.
The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD-Refundable) is Rs.2, 00,000/-(Rupees Two Lakhs only).
The cost of tender fee (Non-refundable) is Rs. 2,000/- (Rs. Two thousand only).
Both amounts (EMD & Cost of Tender) shall be in the form of Demand Draft in favour of “Registrar, Jamia Hamdard” payable at Delhi and should be submitted along with the Technical Bid.
Interested agencies may drop the duly completed tender document in the tender box placed at the Central Purchase Section, Room No. B-7, Jamia Hamdard on or before 15th March upto 01:00 pm.
The tenders shall be opened on 15th March at 3.30 p.m. by a Committee in the presence of the available/interested agencies/representatives of the agencies, if any.
Jamia Hamdard reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
