This two day workshop organized by Jamia Hamdard,aims to give an exposure to R programming and NGS data analysis.Over the past decade discoveries in biology and medicine are interdisciplinary nature and data driven,that require great extent of statistical and data visualization expertise.The objective of the workshop is to give training on statistical programming,data visualization and NGS data analysis to the students and faculty working in the area of Bioinformatics,genomics,genetics and bio-medicine.The participants may come with their own data for analysis.The workshop will have two popular lectures and series of hands on training courses.The course will be taught by well known experts in bioinformatics,NGS data analysis and genomics.
