Minutes of Pre-Bid Meeting 

Date: 21.05.2024

Name of work: SITC of new Fire-fighting system at Ibn e Sina Girls’ Hostel.

As per schedule, a Pre-Bid Meeting for the above said work was held on 20.05.2024 in the office of the Executive Engineer. The following has been resolved as per the queries raised by the participating agencies.

1.If necessary, Civil work such as cutting/chiseling of walls, core-cutting, foundation of motor pump etc. will be part of the respective items. No extra payment will be made against any necessary civil works.

2.Size of Auto-glow Fire Signage will be as per the Norms of Delhi Fire Service Rule.

3.Experience of work: Contractors should have executed similar nature of works of at least one contract of 80% value of estimated cost of works or two contracts of similar nature of works of 60% value of estimated cost of works or three contacts of similar natures of works of 40% value of estimated cost of works in the last 3 years in any Govt./Semi Govt./State Govt. Departments/Institutional Buildings, Universities and produce credentials in support thereof. 

The above resolved queries will be a part of the tender and the tender will open at its Scheduled Date & Time i.e. 27.05.2024 at 03:30 PM.
