Minutes of Pre-Bid Meeting

 Name of work:          Face-lifting of Pul-Pehladpur Campus  

As per schedule, a Pre-Bid Meeting for the above said work was held on 17.05.2024 in the office of the Executive Engineer. The following has been resolved as per the queries raised by the participating agencies.

1.Terms of Payment: The payment shall be made on submission of the bills in proper format by the contractor after due certification by the Engineer in-charge. Contractor can submit upto 3 running bills and one final bill after completion of work for claiming payment based on actual quantities of items of work executed as per BOQ and Engineer’s instructions. 

2.Defect & Liability Period: Defect liability period shall be six (06) months from the date of completion of work except waterproofing work. For waterproofing work, Defect liability period shall be two monsoon periods from the date of completion of work. Any defect arising in this period will be rectified by the Contractor at his own cost. Failure to do so, shall lead to forfeiture of security deposit.

3.Warranty Period for Waterproofing work: Warranty period of the waterproofing work will be 10 years from the date of completion of work and the same to be submitted on stamp paper in the prescribed format.

4.Security Deposit: A security deposit equal to 05 % of the value of work will be deducted from Contractor’s bills except for waterproofing work which is treated separately. For waterproofing work, Security Deposit will be 10% of the billed value. 

The above resolved queries will be a part of the tender and the tender will open at its Scheduled Date & Time i.e. 27.05.2024 at 03:30 PM.
