Incubation

 

Who can Apply: 

  •   Jamia Hamdard Students / Alumni
  •   External Incubatees
  •   On-line external students (attachee)
  •   Companies / NGO
  •   Mentors (JH / external) desirous of association

Pre incubation:

This support is offered to applicants having an idea which can be converted into a business venture and have not yet incorporated a company/LLP. This support will only be provided to an applicant who is eager of opening a startup and whose idea gets selected through Incubation Selection Procedure. The period of Pre-Incubation will be of 3 month. The applicant can access the meeting rooms available at the Incubation centre and other facilities subject to their availability in the centre.

Post incubation

The support available for incubates are working space with other available infrastructure in the centre, Mentoring, Funding Support Administrative Services, Specialized Services, Trainings & Events, Monitoring Business Support Training etc.

Preliminary Assessment

The selection of entrepreneurs and their ideas is done by an expert panel, comprising individuals from different backgrounds and industry verticals. Some of the key factors that are considered for selecting the startup ideas:

  •   ROI

Application Process

Selection procedure at CIIE involves rigorous scrutiny of the proposals submitted by the incubatee to the expert screening committee. Business ideas will go through the phases like submission of application, evaluation, and presentation of the business plan, verification and final decision-making process by the expert screening committee. Considering the emergence of many incubation centers in India, CIIE is focused on supporting the budding entrepreneurs by providing the best services within the affordable fee structure. Our USP is to provide a strong platform for the students where they can attach themselves with the existing products available with the mentors and corporates for further development. We endeavour to work on our research reports to shape them into a business model for the budding entrepreneurs.

 Post Selection Process

For business innovation and entrepreneurship, CIIE is committed towards its goal and will continue to provide training for technical and non-technical supports at the incubation centre. Post procedure after the selection process of the proposal involves an agreement to the negotiation terms by the incubatee(s). Further a complete business plan is drafted which involves both short and long-term objectives and lastly, venture gets started up. The process is as given below:
