Perfect Health Mela (PHM) is a Flagship program of Heart Care Foundation of India Non-Profit Organization founded by Padma Shri Awardee Dr KK Aggarwal. HCFI has been actively engaged in creating mass health awareness since its inception in 1986. PHM aims to create mass awareness among all segments of society using infotainment modules.
The event has attracted more than 5,00,000 visitors digitally and physically every year from all walks of life including social activists, academicians, politicians, celebrities and doctors apart from the general public. Jamia Hamdard, School of Nursing Sciences & Allied Health  and Tirath Ram Shah Hospital, Delhi are Co-host for PHM this year. The 29th Perfect Health Mela will be held from 21st November to 22nd  November 2022 at Jamia Hamdard.

The event will include various competitions such as yoga, painting, quiz, dance, fashion shows among others. These events will also be streamed across all our digital platforms with a reach of over 10 lakh subscribers.
