Essential Qualifications:
i. Master’s Degree in Law with minimum 55% marks from a recognized institution or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto.
ii. NET conducted by the UGC or the CSIR, or a similar test accredited by the UGC, like SLET/SET/GPAT/GATE or who are or have been awarded a Ph. D. Degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of M.Phil./Ph.D. Degree) Regulations, 2009 or 2016 and their amendments from time to time as the case may be exempted from NET/SLET/SET.
Desirable Qualifications:
a)The Candidates having Doctorate in Law will be preferred.
b) Teaching/research/industrial/professional experience in a reputed organization.
c) Good Research Publications.
Note: For Guest Faculty, Practicing Advocates shall be preferred to teach procedural subjects and to appoint as Moot Trainers. And such practicing advocates are exempted from the criteria of NET or Ph.D.
