“It is for information to all that public auction of unserviceable/ discarded items like old chairs, tables, almirahs, refrigerators, instruments and Plumbing & electrical fitting etc. will be held on 12-12-18 at 11.00 a.m. on the basis of “As is where is basis” at maintenance store of Jamia Hamdard. The bidders can inspect the unserviceable/ discarded items on any working day from 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. by intimation to estate office. Interested bidders may participate in the auction by deposition of Rs. 50,000/- only (refundable) in cash before start of bidding. The highest bidder shall deposit 50% of his bid amount at the time of finalization of bidding and rest of the amount shall be paid within four days from the auction, before taking out of the material. The successful bidder shall remove the auctioned items from the campus within seven days from the date of the order and take out all the items at his own cost without damaging the property of Jamia Hamdard. Jamia Hamdard authorities reserve the right to reject any or all the bids without assigning any reason.
